Are people under some kind of delusional impression that I’m skinny?
I beat hunger by eating, UDFB!!I eat mostly lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Bread is a total no and carbs are kept at a minimum. I drink lots of water. I am really into vegan meat alternatives because they’re very filling/yummy and less fatty and caloric than meat.
Also, I think a big part of keeping your weight in check is to actually stop eating when you’re no longer HUNGRY, not when you’re full. The fear of wasting food makes you overeat. Put it in the fridge IMO.
